This interactive virtual class (for individuals or small groups of up to ten) combines neuroscience with practical and business concepts. Everyone has a biological ego defense. It has its purpose, but it also really gets in the way and can cause serious health problems when left unchecked. Let me teach you how to recognize and master this response while skyrocketing your communication quality! You will be contacted within 24 business hours of purchase to schedule. Forty-eight hours after purchase or after the session, whichever comes first, the full amount paid becomes non-refundable. I also allow only one client initiated reschedule per session.
Cancellation Policy
All monies paid are nonrefundable after 72 hours. Reschedules will only be offered once and requests must be made at least ten minutes prior to the original booking in writing to kmccord@titanmanagementusa.com.
