Package: Leading Neurodiversity Coaching

Service Description

This package is for six one-hour sessions total. During these one hour one-on-one sessions, we will dive deep, getting to understand the science behind neurodiversity, how to effectively communicate, mentor, and elevate ND team members. This program starts with learning to understand and defeat your biological ego mechanism. We will also explore aiding in self-accommodation, offering accommodations as standard options, how to handle conflicting needs, and will tackle your real-life concerns and situations. You will be contacted within 24 business hours of purchase to schedule. Forty-eight hours after purchase or after the first session, whichever comes first, $99 becomes non-refundable and after the second session any refunds are at the discretion of Katherine McCord and will be in pro-rated amounts. I also allow only three client initiated reschedules per package.

Cancellation Policy

All monies paid are nonrefundable after 72 hours. Reschedules will only be offered once and requests must be made at least ten minutes prior to the original booking in writing to kmccord@titanmanagementusa.com.
